Personal Notes
- All of our backyard chickens have their own personalities.
- Chickens have their own language: Their different calls are used in different situations.
- We can tell the difference between each of our chickens by their feathers, combs, coloring and personalities.
- The chickens make pretty good pets. We consider ours mostly pets that lay eggs.
- They lay eggs that taste better than the store-bought ones (not to mention that they are a couple weeks fresher).
- Chickens have their own routines, which makes them easier to care for.
